BUSY DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN PROFITABLE

The truck is full.
Is the job worth it?

A price that sounds right can still leave you short. The costs you miss come straight out of your profit.

01 / AT THE DUMP

Disposal adds up.

A heavier load or an extra disposal fee can turn a “good price” into a bad job.

02 / ON THE JOB

Your time has a cost.

Another crew member, a flight of stairs, a longer cleanout. They all belong in the quote.

03 / ON THE ROAD

The miles aren’t free.

Travel, fuel and your share of overhead need covering before you make a profit.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Straight answers.

Who is Quote Guard for?

Solo junk haulers and owners of small junk removal businesses, especially crews running one to three trucks. The initial version is planned for US operators, using US dollars and miles.

How much should I charge for junk removal?

There isn’t one price that fits every job. Start with disposal, labor, travel, job-specific costs and allocated overhead, then add your target profit. Quote Guard is being designed to turn those inputs into a cost-based pricing floor and target quote. Your estimate is only as good as the costs you enter.

Is this a junk removal pricing sheet or a calculator?

The planned experience is a simple junk removal pricing calculator: enter your job costs and see your pricing numbers. The final delivery format is still being validated. The preview on this page is static and cannot calculate a quote.

Does it include a junk removal estimate template?

The current scope is internal pricing: your floor price, target quote and expected profit. A customer-facing estimate template, invoicing and scheduling are not part of the current offer.

Can I buy it now? When will I get access?

Not yet. The product is in development. You can join the early access list at the planned $39 one-time price, but no payment is collected and joining does not create a purchase or binding order. There is no confirmed release date yet.
